Need to change your password or login?

1. Log into My CANAL+ account.
2. You can change your username or password in the Account information section.

Forgotten password?

1. Sign into My CANAL+ account.
2. Click on "Forgot your password?".Enter your email address and we will send you an email with instructions for password reset.

Remember!

Your password must contain at least 8 characters, one capital letter, a number and a special character (!@#$%^&*()_+-=[]{};':",.<>/?).
The new login name or password is used to log back into the CANAL+ application.
