Simply in your My CANAL+ account. After logging in, you will see all available options in the “Your offers” section.
If you choose higher subscription (higher package or a yearly subscription of the same package), the change will take place immediately upon the one-off payment of the difference in subscription rate for the given period. The next invoice period will be processed in the standard way.
If you choose a lower subscription (lower package), the requested change is registered, but will take place only once the current pre-paid subscription period is consumed. You can cancel your scheduled switch to a lower package at any time by clicking on the Cancel button.
